Mace Moodley is the CEO of Y.E.S. He started his career working in the factory for Bulldog Abrasives and worked his way up the ranks. His responsibilities include working with clients to close deals and overseeing the project from beginning to end. His main interests are cricket and football. He describes himself as an ordinary guy living a simple life. He believes you can't teach essential skills and that every skill set is essential, and that if you want to succeed, you must think on your feet and challenge yourself.

Darrel Van Der Kolff is a sales and technical consultant for Y.E.S. He started at the company in 2014 after several years in the sports equipment industry. His functions are to provide a service to the automotive industry, which includes product demonstrations, installations, on-site training and sales. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching rugby, swimming and the outdoors. He says that everybody should love, care, be compassionate, have inner peace and have an open mind to learning new things.

His responsibilities include sales, after-sales support, and equipment training services for the automotive industry. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, showcasing his culinary skills, and socializing. Raj values family, loyalty, and life.

She is responsible for maintaining the organisation's key accounting records. Day-to-day activities include recording transactions such as income and outgoings, passing journals and posting them to various accounts. Her secret talent is that she can sing, and her hobbies include doing DIY projects at home. In her opinion, communication is an essential skill.
